Summary: Not great. Room smelled awful, room was dirty and very outdated. Pictures online did not match room I booked. Definitely not a 3 star hotel. Booked 2 nights, didn’t bother staying for the 2nd.

Summary: The hotel is very dated and clearly needs renovation. The rooms and decor feel stuck in the 1990s, with old bedside alarm clocks and yellowed plug sockets from years of use. There was a strong musty, stale smell in the room which was quite unpleasant. It didn’t help that the windows couldn’t be opened, and the air conditioning unit gave off a foul odour, making it unusable during hot days. The room ended up feeling stuffy with no fresh air. The breakfast area is tiny, with only seven tables, so finding a seat in the morning is difficult. There’s a fair range of food, but the quality is poor with stale pastries and cold eggs. The cutlery and plates often have stains, which suggests they’re not properly cleaned. One staff member seemed to be running the whole breakfast service alone, which is unfair and reflects in the overall poor experience.

Summary: It was ok. Surface renovations done. Clean. Everything you need. Very Basic Breakfast with a few options; no hot foods. No frills. Bathroom was the worst. Had not been upgraded. Mould or dark spots where patch-caulking is done (terribly). You know what I mean. Mildew and bleach smell was horrible. It was a 2 star bathroom at best. The bathroom is the most important spot for me on whether I come back to a spot or not. This spot is a NOT for me.

Summary: My six nights was a great and unforgettable pleasant experience at Monte Carlo Inn Oakville. The staffs were so committed to their services. Tbe breakfast was a taste of great pleasure. I will always prefer to use this facility again.

Summary: 4th floor smelled like a sewer. No joke. Very distinct scent. Bed had a big indent in it, towels smelled absolutely horrible. There were drunken people hanging outside 24/7, sleeping on the couch in the lobby, beer cans and urine filled water bottles outside by the front door, the “continental breakfast” is no more than stale croissants and old cereal. Oh and suspicious boiled eggs. Staff was ok but none were very pleasant to speak to by any means. Spend the extra $30 a night and go to the holiday inn.

Summary: First room was a 100 feet from a freeway. Constant noise all night. Asked the next morning and was given a room far away from the traffic noise. Room in okay condition but bath fan sounded like a jet engine. TV system did not have a program guide just a listing of stations. Breakfast was limited but qualified as a continental breakfast.
