Positive: It's a fantastic location and very quiet. The road through the mountains is amazing, definitely need some transport. Everything you need within 10 minutes lots of shops in the nearby towns

Positive: Amazing Folks. Amazing Views. Amazing Space. And the food.... Rolled into Pai and immediately rolled back out.... This place caught my eye over the mountain and SO much better than the throngs. I booked the double room but would highly recommend the new cabins if budget allows, I got a peek and they are very nice. Lovely, Laughing hosts go so out of their way to make you welcome, provide breakfast and snacks, dinner on request for a very modest price. We did use Google Translate some, but they offered recommendations to local waterfalls, route recommendations, and Sunday market is a must if it fits your schedule. Their are the most lovely set of dogs that reside on property. So happy and well cared for! They are happy to receive any attention that you are willing to give but are not at all intrusive. Be aware that if you come over the mountains from Pai, there is a road section that can be difficult on moto. Safe route is to come in from south.

Positive: Beautiful lush garden surrounding the homestay! Lovely owners, super caring always trying to accommodate us and cooking us delicious food we liked with tofu as we didn't eat meat. Quiet, peaceful with a beautiful terrace and light and lots of spots to sit.

Negative: All great :) location is a bit outside, so if you want to get around scooter or bicycle is needed, but it was not a problem for us as we just wanted to chill there.

Positive: The room was clean and tidy, as well as the shower that was very clean and had hot water. The hosts were lovely and very helpful. They made sure our stay was perfect, cooked us food (which was delicious) and helped us with laundry. The property has a beautiful view and you can see an amazing sunset from it.

Negative: Nothing, everything was perfect.

Summary: The best stay we had in Thailand so far.

Positive: Great family-run hotel. We came from Pai via northern road, by150cc motorbike, great place to rest. Breakfast inculeded and excellent. Home-made dinner was excellent. They light a fire in the garden, it's great to drink your beer and relax by the fire.
