Beautiful apartment located in the upscale area of NDG. Discover Monkland and Sherbrooke Street and their attractions. Close to downtown. 10 minutes walk from Metro Villa Maria. Completely renovated with taste. Private entrance.
Apartment designed for temporary renting only. you will feel like if you were staying in a hotel. You will not find the guests belongings. Complete renovation with quality material. A heartwarming place to relax and a great starting point to your visit in Montreal. Our rental unit is located in an ancestral house. 2 large windows, very bright. General cleaning after each visitor.
You will sleep in a queen sized bed with clean linens and feather filled duvet.

NDG is an architectural marvel. Beautiful ancestral homes line the streets of this â??chicâ?? neighborhood, along with very mature trees. This area is easy to discover by walking or biking. The apartment is located 4 KM from the city center and access is fast to get there.
- Notre-Dame-de-Grace Park (1 minute walk)
- Benny indoor and outdoor pool (10 minute walk)
- Sherbrooke Street is lined with shops, restaurants and grocery store (1 minute walk). If strolling towards Westmount, beautiful boutiques.
- Monkland Street has many hip restaurants, SAQ (liquor store), grocery store (5 minute walk)
- CUSM-Glen Campus (1 km )
- YMCA to workout (10 minute walk)
Sherbrooke Street is a few steps from apartment and you can find Montreal public transit buses easily. These buses will take you directly downtown. Otherwise, Villa-Maria Metro Station is only a 10 minutes walk.
- Close by, you will find a Bixi bike rental station (open from mid-April to mid-November), a pleasant and economical way of discovering Montreal and its network of bike paths.
- Very close to the Canal Lachine (bike path along the waterfront that can lead bikers from old Montreal to Lac St-Louis. A must)
- Apartment is situated about 20 minutes from the airport (+- $30 for a taxi ride)

Summary: The basement flat is well-designed and appointed. There has been high quality renovation to make this a perfect living space. There’s lots of room and it’s very comfortable. The neighbourhood street sounds are almost unnoticeable. The bed is great, there’s every cooking tool you’d want and the shops and restaurants of the Monkland area are two blocks away. There’s easy access to city buses and the Metro is a 15-minute or short bus ride away. This is a quality apartment!

Summary: Recently we returned from our two week stay at Veronique’s lovely apartment. It is without a doubt the nicest short term rental we have ever booked. From the beginning the booking process was seamless. Veronique always responded to my questions and I was confident from the “get-go” our stay on Harvard Street would be memorable. Directions for entering the apartment were clear using a digital keyless entry system and parking is very accessible on the street very near, so important in Montreal. If you are so inclined the metro station is a quick fifteen minute walk , a bus stop is five minutes away on Sherbrooke. I definitely recommend using an OPUS trasnportation card. We only used our car once during our stay. Monkland has lots to offer: restaurants, pubs, grocery stores, little shops and pharmacies. Veronique left notes with some very fine recommendations. The apartment is very spacious and tastefully decorated. Albeit a basement apartment it is exceptionally bright and well lit. The kitchen is well-equipped and has everything you need to prepare meals. The living room sofas provided ample space to stretch out and relax. The bedroom is spacious, a set of drawers and a large closet. The mattress was just right. The bathroom is perfect, nice hot water and and plenty of towels. There is a washer dryer combo as well which is very handy when staying for an extended period as we did. The area around the apartment has a neighborly feel and you’ll love Monkland. It’s comforting knowing Veronique is upstairs in case you have a problem.....but I doubt you will have any concerns. I emphatically recommend the apartment.Staying here you experience all that Montreal has to offer but without all the hustle and bustle. And if you want downtown it’s only minutes away by the metro. Summary: Veronique's place is lovely - exactly as shown in the photos. It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. So easy to explore the neighbourhood with its many shops and restaurants.
