The bunk room offers two sets of twin bunk beds, a foosball table, a mini-split, and a seating area. Also on the lower level is a second bedroom with a king-size bed and a full bathroom with hallway access. Summary: House was beautiful. Kitchen well equipped. Was even better than expected, Management company was very responsive. We will definitely return, hopefully one day soon

Summary: The house is laid out nicely for a large extended faimly, plenty of beds and baths for 8 adults plus kids. Nice grilling area, nice screened in area. Hot tube is large and operated as desired. Fire pit area for roasting marsh mellows.. Relatively steep trek from the house to the lake and dock. The only down side was the dock is showing some age, several screws/nails backing out of the splintering lumber. Kids got several splinters and stubbed toes on the screws. It could also use a good pest spraying to get rid of some of the thousands of spiders building webs in every corner. I spent a good 20 minutes each morning removing said webs to keep kids from freaking out. Water can become choppy during heavy boat traffic. And the trek back up the hill to the house is a trek. Overall we were very pleased and will consider making this an annual event.

Summary: House was clean, roomy, and well-stocked with almost everything you could need. Only things we needed to buy were trash bags, laundry detergent/dry sheets, and extra diswasher pods (came with 2). Plenty of bath towels and lake towels. We loved the house, the jacuzzi, the movie room, but most of all the dock on the lake. Fishing, kayaking, swimming, boating/jet skiing were the highlights. Thanks so much for an awesome vacation!

Summary: The property itself is lovely. The house was roomy, and perfect for a retreat. I did not feel the house was deeply cleaned. Opened the door to go outside, and wads of lint came out from under the sofa from the breeze. Obviously not vacuumed in awhile! The pillows were cheap, hard, and flat making it difficult to get comfortable. There were also some pots and pans that were not clean. One had baked on greasy gunk on it. Cleaned it as best I could, but needed Brillo or some other abrasive. All we had was the scrubber on the back of the provided sponge. All of the outside areas were just dirty! They were covered in dust and pollen, and the screen porch had bees, stink bugs, and lots of spider webs and spiders. It was beautiful weather -70s and low 80s - so it seems obvious to me that these areas should have been cleaned. Sorry to leave negative feedback, but at the price paid for a short week, it should have been better.

Summary: The property & house is in a good location with easy access to the water. The layout is good for multiple couples, with a bunk room for kids. Greybreard rentals made the experience easy. We'd stay here again

Summary: Amazing location and house on pristine Lake James. Greybeard Rentals was fantastic in their communication and provided everything we needed. Perfect lake house and property for my family to get away from it all. The neighborhood is beautiful and filled with deer, rabbits, fireflies, and other wildlife my children loved to see. The house has great direct lake access for skiing, tubing, and fishing. Boat rental was easy and the local marina staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.
