Summary: I went back as I've been before - but my 'romantic memories' were soon washed away. I was quickly reminded that the elevators takes forever (as in it is actually a problem), the staff has an attitude, and the rooms are small (with absolutely no option to work - not even a lounge). I was provided with an accessible room for guests with disabilities, which is no issue. But the bathroom floor had no inclination, so I was left with a wet floor for hours. Next morning i paid a fortune for breakfast only to be asked to dine in the lobby by the arrogant host in the resutant. The gym is great and the area is cool (like 10 minutes walking though), but that is simply not enough for me to ever come back. Will recommend you to explore alternative options as it is likely a better use of time and resources.

Summary: Modern and nice hotel. The room was rather small, but of nice standard / quality. Bars were nice. The breakfast buffet was very stressful, as there were too few tables, so most days there was a long wait to get a table. The deadline when the breakfast closed, then resulted in a stressful experience, when the planned 1 hour calm breakfast became a stressful experience. Nice quality of the breakfast once we got a table. The hotel should start booking times for breakfast upon check-in, in order to spread out guests so that there is no waiting time. The gym was large and good (also external gym guests, which tends to mean a good size & experience).

Summary: For a five star hotel, it feels like the service requires a significant upgrade. To begin with, there is a 15 GBP charge to access the sauna. Breakfast is also quite messy and consistently crowded. Furthermore, the lifts take an eternity to arrive, and quite often we found ourselves having to push open the gigantic front doors ourselves to enter or exit. Regarding our room, the shower water kept flowing out onto the floor. We also ran out of shower gel and had to go out to find staff to ask for more. Finally, the television did not work properly and was not suitable for non Korean speakers. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly.

Summary: We stayed in a twin room. The bathroom lacked privacy and was very tight on space. The decour was outdated. The room space was also cramped. I expected more from a 5 star rated hotel. The restaurants were very good.
