Positive: Pretty good central location. We have often visited the island and used to live there so we know various areas well. Liked the two bedrooms along with a living/ dining room. Liked and appreciated the responsive remote hosts - had several issues develop that they assisted with (noted below). Appreciated the apartment being equipped with a air cleaner as well as a washer AND dryer for a more than two week stay.

Negative: Unfortunately, the door code device apparently ran out of batteries which required contact with the remote host via the booking site. Thankfully they responded quickly and we were able to gain access to a key lock box to regain access to the room for the rest of our stay. Couple other things popped up but were also quickly and satisfactory handled.

Positive: Super clean and new! Size is comfortable for 3 adult and 1 kid. Everything is ready. Kitchen with oven, fridge, big sink, dishes, microwave. You can cook or reheat anything you like.We made toast for breakfast everyday. Toilet with shampoo and shower gel. Washing machine and drying machine is ready to use. Car park is arranged for each room, no need to worry about parking space when come back late.

Positive: Apartment 201 is cute and cozy, very clean. It's walking distance to the place of our convention.

Negative: We are assigned in Apartment 201 and our checked in was late. We were not given the keypad code ahead of time. Good thing my husband was able to find the key inside the mailbox which is not locked. Need pillow cases for our pillows.
