Positive: Lovely apartment close to the metro and bus, perfect for what we needed. Close to a local supermarket for supplies. Nice and quiet space with AC which was essential in summer.

Negative: A few issues with checking in, needed to have local data to contact them for remote check in and had to wait for someone to come meet us to let us in, but otherwise no issues.

Summary: Comfortable apartment stay in Madrid.

Positive: The design of the apartment was very nice, it feels very modern and has a washer and dryer if staying for extended time. The area was very nice and had multiple restaurants and shops and a mall nearby. Also has a metro station very close as well as a small park nearby.

Negative: I can't recall anything really negative, but something to consider is that when going to the center or tourist area's it's 20 minutes away. Also something worth mentioning is the host likes to use WhatsApp which I don't have but my girlfriend did, so just had to change the contact number.

Positive: Location is great, transportation to apartment is easy with the metro, wifi is excellent, there are streaming applications on the big TV. Everything seems recently renovated and all in good working order. Bed is comfy

Negative: Best suited for 2 people. Space is limited when you open sofa/bed (we were 2 adults 2 kids). Basically cuts the space in two and you have to climb over the sofa to get from A to B.
