Positive: The house is beautiful and easily accommodates the stated 21 people when you have access to the whole house. The location is beautiful too, and is a short walk to a pizza place and bakery as well as trails.

Negative: I had phone conversations with 3 different vacasa people to get help - 2 were helpful and the other didn't know what he was talking about. He would have left us without access to part of the house if we hadn't figured it out on our own.

Positive: The house is truly beautiful. Huge and very elegant. It's also located in a truly quiet spot, surrounded by woods.

Negative: We stayed here with a group of friends and occupied six rooms. However, it was very disappointing to discover that the house, despite its beauty and excellent reviews, was extremely dirty. In every room, we found blood stains on the sheets and dirty towels (not just stained, but downright dirty). Toilet paper was missing, and each room was almost empty. Hair was everywhere in the bathrooms, and they were dirty. The fridge, oven, and washing machines were also dirty. In short, either it wasn't cleaned at all, or it was done very poorly! Furthermore, the code system didn't work, and it was difficult to leave and lock the house without a key. The worst part, however, was the impossibility of speaking to the host; he doesn't come to welcome you and makes everything happen through the app. We needed assistance, and the only way to get help was to talk to the Vacasa call center. It's a shame this house is so poorly managed because it's truly beautiful...

Positive: Beds and pillows were very comfortable! Lots of room for everyone to sleep. Use of the washer and dryer on premise also very nice to have. Good view and good windows to open for fresh cool air. Kitchen and bathrooms were nicely stocked.

Negative: Black out curtains needed upstairs. Coffee pot was plugged, took an hour to brew. Toilet flush handles were tricky, had to have a light touch or they would come apart inside the tank.

Summary: We had a good time here an appreciate the hospitality!
