Summary: I stayed at Monarch Hotel for one weeks and had a great experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and the staff were very friendly. My only suggestion is to upgrade the shower system. The fixed overhead shower feels outdated, and a more modern shower design would make the rooms even better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

Summary: I had to remind the hotel about my airport shuttle on arrival although I had advised them previously. I waited for over half hour for the driver to pick me up. Apart from that I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful! 😊

Summary: Airport shuttle is very slowly, since I call the receptionist, almost take 1.5hours to pickup me from Airport.the toilet is different with the photo show us.
