Positive: The staff were awesome; everyone was very helpful. The food was great - buffet and ala carte! We enjoyed the breakfast and meryenda buffet.

Negative: The hotel could use more parking spots. I find the lightning very dim on all the floors making it a bit creepy. The standard queen rooms are very compact; we ended up upgrading to their deluxe room.
