Summary: Room was given 4/5 due to bathroom cleanliness. However I am happy with the general standard of Mollies as we have stayed in the brand a few times and has always been consistent. Great bar/chill area with super friendly staff.

Summary: Smart motel with a quality finish and amenities. Excellent location next to the motorway and close to everything at Cribbs Causeway. Really good diner, with great food and cocktails. Friendly staff.

Summary: Good location, although parking confusing and ended up trying to check in at the diner! Bed great, nice a proper hairdryer in the room. Only improvement would be carpeting the rooms or at least a rug around the bed. The floor in the bedroom is cheap laminate and really cold, esp on the ground floor. The tiled bathroom floor is even worse even with a bathmat down. Would stay again but take slippers as none provided. Also coffee making facilities would be appreciated. There is an empty coffee jug in room but couldn’t work out how to make coffee or tea. A water tap is in the corridor but no bottle to fill so also you need to take some sort of water bottle with you.

Summary: Everything excellent clean and comfortable. The only exception was a non working above sink lamp, a shower head holder that did not hold the shower head in place.

Summary: I was put into a connecting room which I certainly didn't want or asked for. I returned immediately to reception and thankfully they moved me. Room I was given was clean as expected, I put the heating up and took a shower only to find water from the shower had leaked through the door yet it was closed and made a large puddle on the floor. I cleaned it up with the bath mat. By now the room should have warmed up but the air con had done nothing. I went to reception and asked if they could reset it and make sure it was on heat. I gave it an hour and it was still the same so back to reception and complained again this time the lady sorted it although it took an hour to warm the room and the fan hardly blew yet it was on max? What's the point in having a adjustable display if it wont do what you want. Also the bed side lamp had been un screwed from it holder to stop it working I screwed it back and it worked but after 5 mins it flickered really badly. so I unscrewed it again and could see why some one prior to me had done this.
