Positive: Great location although very hard and expensive to find parking

Negative: The room was not properly cleaned. The kitchen counter was dirty, the had ants and dead cockroach in the sitting area. I also was not impressed with the communication with the staff.

Positive: Stunningly designed & decorated, spacious, high-end fittings, in the heart of Neve Tzedek. Easy check-in process.

Negative: Issue with luke warm shower temperature was not resolved during stay.

Positive: The decor was beautiful, it was comfortable. I loved all the détails, the woodwork, the parquet floor, the kettle! It went extremely well, especially, I was going to see two shows at Suzanne Dellal that weekend. Magnifique !

Negative: Just 1 small thing, I almost slipped in the shower on the second day because the shower floor is not sloped enough, and there was still water left undrained.
