Positive: Location, location, location Nicely furnished and modernised beach house Very comfortable and well accessorised Easy access to the beach and restaurants

Negative: No fans in the bedrooms, a must on hot days as the aircon does barely reaches the main bedrooms Suggest an outdoor shower (equivalent) to remove beach sand etc (for the benefit of the property owner) Fix up the rear outdoor laundry hanging area
