Positive: It is very conveniently located 3 min walk from Kadiköy port and 1 min walk to the Havaist terminal to Istanbul International Airport. Also 4 min walk to the heart of Kadiköy. Located in a quiet street with 24/7 donar shop opposite the hotel. Friendly hotel staff who even let me checked in early and offering Turkish coffee!

Negative: Breakfast was a set breakfast and verry limited. Breakfast served on level -1 with no windows and view.

Summary: Very pleasant stay.
