Summary: Went to see a concert with some friends. Everyothing was a complete Joy. The hour long wait for valet was not so pleasant at the end of my stay. Major improvement in that system needs to be addressed as it was an absolute nightmare for everyone checking out. 4 stars instead of 5

Summary: The line for valet parking was too long to wait in, so we self parked in the garage and walked the long way to the hotel check kiosk and self-checked in which was easy. I had booked "Earth Tower- Deluxe Room 2 Queen Beds" because it was my college friends and I staying together for an overnight around a concert (which was fabulous). It was nice that they upgraded us to an executive suite, however, there was only one bed which made things more difficult for our sleeping arrangements. It was a wonderful surprise, however, and worked out well - we were in awe of the view and the space!. If only we could've figured out how to work the in-room illy coffee maker, the trip would've been complete. There were no instructions and I called for help, but no luck. Small items to affect an otherwise wonderful short trip, but communication is key. Thank you. We'll be back!

Summary: We chose to get the upgrade offered and we got it! So worth it to have the bigger room and we took advantage of the shows and the pool the food and gaming. The fire pit area was also a lovely place to unwind. Next trip we hit the spa! Great hotel/casino. Lively but not too crazy. We stayed in Earth tower and may try Sky next.

Summary: There was a slight issue with the room we originally booked, so we got upgraded to a luxury suite. The room was spectacular! The beds were so comfortable with the most amazing sheets and blankets. The room was so spacious and beautifully decorated! They definitely went above and beyond to make up for the room confusion. Such a great hotel and a very memorable stay for us.
