Positive: Great instructions and the person at the reception was quite helpful and polite The gym The layout of the apartment, it is spacious The AC The tv Safe area, Good undergraounf parking lot

Negative: The master would benefit from having lamps on the side tables. Maybe hang some paintings on the wall, The furniture was broken, inadequate ( the dining set was not a dining set at all) The couch had a bad smell The shower - tankless water heater did not always cooperate Would be nice to include instructions on the apartment, garbage location, house specifics The kitchen needs a lot of attention. Appliances were not working properly, the fridge was leaking, not enough plates, for any purposes the plate set is incomplete , utensils are missing Pots and pans,- no lids, unusable cast iron pans It was very hard to cook with what was available The view was not well advertised for the room tier I was renting Host was unresponsive when I requested furniture Door Lock broke and it took days to fix it Staff did not account I was staying for 3 weeks, not enough kitchen soap, hand soap, toilet paper, Missing basic cleansing supplies My parking card did not open the main gate to enter into the apartment area, only the apartment parking garage which was inconvenient
