Positive: The property was well taken care of, all the appliances worked. The parking in the driveway was a nice bonus. Very spacious, liked having three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The space was very bright and it’s nice because it’s a below ground suite. There was board games available, and a tv with Netflix.

Negative: Wifi was a bit slow for the day and age we live in, especially since Netflix was provided. There was loud foot steps above our heads making bed time difficult for our children. Bathrooms needed a clean, specifically the bath tubs.

Summary: Overall nice suite, sound dampening in between floors would be appreciated

Positive: It was a good area quiet and easy access for grocery.

Negative: Didn’t like the entry due to the bed smell from the sewer maybe, the appliances didn’t function very well, especially the dishwasher didn’t turn on right away you need to keep pushing the door until it connects and the shower head wasn’t working I’m one of the bathroom, and the door leading to the master bedroom it kept open all the time because there is an issue with the lock and can’t be closed! One thing also wasn’t happy with, it was no light on the backyard at night and we couldn’t take advantage of the Jacuzzi! We only used it couple nights, and it was a little scary for the ladies because there was rats running around eating from the bird seeds places in the backyard!! Also parking wasn’t accessible all the time on the driveway due to people staying upstairs level!

Summary: The host was responsive and polite! However, the following day didn’t hear from him until we were checking out!
