Villa Tresquinas located in Marbella, on the prestigious Rio Real Golf Urbanization. This incredible villa is situated on the Rio Real Golf course, with spectacular views of the sea and mountains that surround it.
The villa is all on one level, 500m2 with perfect layout. In the centre of the villa, is the lounge and living area; The spacious and confortable dinning area sits up to 12 and opens onto the garden and pool area. Both areas are spacious and have lots of light and can access the pool from both areas. There is a second lounge where you will find a TV and chimnea. This also has views of the garden and pool.
The kitchen is large and spacious. It is furnished with a breakfast bar that sits 6 on hight bar stools.
The house is split in two main areas leading from the lounge and dinning area. On oneside you have 4 bedrooms, 3 of them being en suite. 3 of the bedrooms have double beds and one has 2 singles (4 beds).
On the other side of the villa you will find one ensuite bedroom, that has direct access to the garden and pool area. On this side of the villa you have another room and independent bathroom.
The majority of the areas of the villa have views of the garden, golf and pool which gives a great sense of peace and wellbeing.
Outside are has an undercover barbecue area that includes all the necessary equipment for a bbq, a kitchen area. It has a table to sit 12 people. In the same area you will find loungers to sunbathe on, as well as other loungers for the garden.
The swimming pool has a shallow and a deep end.

Summary: We had a great stay at beaitiful house we found in VRBO web. All communication was timely and abundantly replied to before our arrival by Natalia, the host, and this made from our stay very pleasant and relaxing experience. As the fotos of the villa looked very nice, we found the villa even nicer in reality. All was there in perfect, neat and clean condition to make our stay a wonderful experience from the first minute. The pool was abundantly used by the kids and the not so youger kids (us). Also the outdoor barbecue area was a well used area during the evenings, All in all a very recomendable and rewarding place to families (we were 12). We enjoyed every minute! Summary: The house was FANTASTIC! It far exceeds our expectations and is actually even better than what the pictures show. It was spacious, extremely well maintained and enjoyable. The location is also ideal - near beaches , restaurants, and sites. The host was very responsive and pleasant.

Summary: We were greeted on arrival by Nati the owner of the Villa, what a warm welcome. The fridge was stocked with the essentials and the villa its self was spotless. We really enjoyed our 8 night stay at the villa. The location was great although a car is needed. Nati was very helpful always a text away if we needed anything. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful stay last week. The villa is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. The outside pool area was fabulous with lots of soft seating and a good size dining table. Nati the owner could not have been more helpful. She suggested loads of places to eat, beaches, bakeries etc in the area (all require a car). She was on WhatsApp if we needed and nothing was too much trouble. We would definitely come back! Highly recommend!

Summary: This home was wonderful - super clean, modern, with all the amenities and comforts we needed and more for a relaxing vacation near the beach. Natalia was also a great host, very responsive to questions and proactively gave us suggestions for exploring the area like beaches, markets to buy good meat for the grill, and restaurants. Everyone in our group loved staying here.

Summary: The house is absolutely gorgeous and has everything you need, and beyond. The pool is outstanding and so is the barbecue area. The host (Nati) is a very generous and caring person. She helped us with special requirements like a baby crib and a paella & tapas chef, who came and cooked for us multiple evenings. The location is calm but still close to beaches and grocery stores. It’s an extra treat to enjoy watching golfers play hole 7 at Rio Real golf court from the garden. We want to come back. Soon.

Summary: You couldn’t meet a nicer host, Nati and her husband where so helpful during our stay.. Villa is beautiful. The age range of our party was 16-76 and everyone had a lovely time. If you decide to stay in this beautiful villa you need to BBQ it’s amazing.

Summary: Well, what can I say. What a wonderful find. We were looking for somewhere for some family time for 2 weeks to chill by the pool and not do much else... and that's exactly what we did! The house has beautifully appointed rooms, air con throughout, a great outdoor BBQ area where we eat most nights and the most comfy beds you could possibly wish for! Nati was super helpful from check-in all the way through in contact with us incase we had any questions on working out the air con etc. She even purchased some chairs especially for my mum and dad which they really appreciated. You'll need a car to get to most places but that's not a problem. We could not fault this place - if you are deliberating, dont! Its wonderful. FIVE STARS
