Summary: Very nice, clean and modern house with excellent facilities. Stunning view of Nea Epidavros bay! We hosted 11 guests for a week in this house. Everyone was excited about the house, its location, and the amenities offered. Checkin and checkout were smooth. Definitely recommended!

Summary: We really enjoyed staying in this home. Very Amazing, clean and full of comfort and with a very beautiful view. Excellent for ten beds (not 12 because two beds are a little weak). Location is in a great position to visit the archaeological sites. Beaches are not very close. Owner is careful and accurate. Reccomended!

Summary: We had a pleasant stay in the villa that is spacious (3 levels), very confortable, clean and with a wonderful view on the valley and the sea. We were 9 persons and we had place enough in the different bedrooms. We loved having breakfast and lunch on the deck facing the sea. It is an ideal location for holidays and to visit different sites such as Epidaurus, Nafplio and to go fore one day to Hydra island. The owner is very friendly and he is available by phone and e-mail and it was very practical to have informations about visits, supermarket,… We stayed five days, so we would have appreciated to have the minimum of useful products when we arrived : salt, oil, vinegar, products to clean, and more tablets for dishwasher... A hair dryer would also be useful. We can recommend this location where we had very nice holidays. »

Summary: To be fair we arrived on the hottest week of the summer! Still it doesn't diminish the anguish we suffered upon arriving at what we thought would be a dream villa! To begin with the villa's amenities included air conditioning but in reality only the down stairs living room and one small bedroom upstairs had ac. The place was boiling hot and had only 4 fans which couldn't do much to circulate the standing hot air in the place. We really considered at this point looking for another place but we were a large group, 6 adults and 6 children, and we knew it's an impossible mission! So we decided to try and make the best we could from this villa. We were met by Kostas parents who spoke no English so we spoke with him on the phone and required from him 5 more fans so at least every room had one.The fans were delivered the next day. Another major deficiency, which we found out the next morning is the lack of shade!!!The villa has beautiful balconies and wonderful view but alas! it faces east. So we couldn't use the balcony in the hours we really needed it! We managed to build some sort of shade and so were able to use this area. On other aspects we felt that the minimum was given. Like no cleaning detergents, no serving dishes and other kitchen utensils. On the other hand there are 3 coffee makers!! The attitude of the owners was not on the whole friendly. They knew we are family with children but still left on the premises lots of breakable things which we had to store away.And so on... On the whole the place did not come up to our expectations and if we were not resourceful our vacation could have turned to be very bad. Once we got organized, fixed the shade, bought the necessary utensils, camped in the downstairs leaving room, we started to enjoy ourselves! The villa on the whole is large and could be very comfortable during less hot months. It is located in a beautiful area with wonderful beaches and tavernas and lots of walking tracks. So I would recommend this place but not in July - August!!!

Summary: Lovely property and ideal location to visit sites such as Epidaurus. Property owner was in the apartment below to help with any queries ; very helpful and friendly. As the pictures show; the view is outstanding. Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. We would definitely come here again. A visitor book would be a nice addition so people could make suggestions for places to go locally.

Summary: We (an extended family of 10, consisting of two 60+ Adults, four 30+ adults and four children aged 2-8) stayed at this Villa for a full week in April 2014. Overall this Villa is a wonderful (!!!) choice for those wanting/needing a bigger place. We had great vacation, and are very happy to recommend this property. The Villa is wonderfully located on a hillside overlooking the coast, with orange groves and hill sides surroundings. The Villa is on a side-street pretty much at the lowest entrance to the village (New Epidaurus but type Nea Epidavros for faster find in Google maps or other navigators), so you are close to everything, but also in a very quiet place (perfect, we thought). The beach is a 4 minute drive away, there is a well stacked mini-market 2 minutes drive away, and a bigger, also very good, supermarket about 12 minutes drive at a nearby village (Ancient Epidaurus or Palia Epidavros on maps and Nav. apps...). The village itself (2 min. drive, or 15 min. walk to the center) is great, and there is a bakery, a meat shop, and some nice places to sit, eat, or drink a glass of wine/beer/coffee. Between both villages (New and Ancient) you can find some nice restaurants, Gas station, and produce stands. Also a good location for 1 day excursions, with some great attractions 1-3 hour drive away. The Villa itself is nice and spacious. The kitchen is great and has everything you need to cook. We cooked for 10 people without an issue. You can also seat about 10 at the dining, although it's also great to take meals onto the balcony for those fantastic views. The gated parking space will fit 3 cars. We were shown the property by the listed owner's parents, who know basic English, but understood all our wants and needs. The owner was available by phone and email, and was helpful. The property was very clean on arrival. We even received some juice and stuff in the fridge :) The only downside important to note is that the inside steps are somewhat steep, and have no railing of any sort. A real safety issue with toddlers, and even small kids or elderly adults. That said, we did get along with 4 kids and two 60+ adults... so... Overall, we really did have a wonderful stay at this Villa.
