Summary: Clean tidy and perfect for our stay for a sports tournament. Well equipped, clean and tidy. Easy access to town and surround area. Whilst we didn't walk into town my guess would be a 1/1.5km walk from the city centre and about 800m to the train station.

Summary: The townhouse may look very unassuming and quite small from the outside but the layout and room sizes are generous and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only thing lacking was an outlook but then we were out and about most of the day.
