Summary: Phil’s place is absolutely wonderful! From the cleanliness to the decor, everything was perfect. He was a wonderful host and was extremely accommodating to my last minute needs. We came for a ball tournament and it was so much better than being crunched in a hotel. If we ever come back, this will be my first place to look!
