Positive: Quiet, clean and new condition property. Very good value for a self contained unit - had all we needed, bedrooms, spacious bathroom and small well equipped kitchenette. Easily accessible from M1. Kids really enjoyed having a bath after very long day sitting in the car.

Negative: Nothing not to really complain about. The bedrooms need bedside lamps, directions for access to the entrance could be better. Doesn't have a TV.

Summary: Very comfortable and private place for a stay (we had both bedrooms).

Positive: Nice clean modern bathroom and kitchen and nice new floors. Garden was very pretty and peaceful . Checking in was easy . Bedrooms doors had individual digital door locks which is suited if say work individuals /non couples needed to have privacy

Negative: Bedding was a bit dated

Summary: The granny flat suited us perfectly for our short stay

Negative: Bedside lights would be useful. Nowhere to sit unless you went outside. No TV or comfortable place to relax. Once you were there you just had to go to bed really.

Summary: Only a bed provided. There was a fridge and a microwave but where to eat? I don’t fancy sitting outs

Positive: Great Price and comfortable apartment, good size bathroom and facilities. Quiet, easy to sleep, great for kids, some yard to run around after a long drive, convenient location, nice area.

Negative: We couldn't find how to get in, we are given a code and searched and searched for a key safe. Turns out it was a smart Door handle. After then all was great

Negative: Bed not made and only 1 sheet to make bed and it was soiled. Also nothing to put on the floor in the bathroom and being a shared bathroom needed to get dressed in the bathroom. Also bathroom door lock did not work. Very difficult to get access to the villa. Needs better instructions- as in where to go and how to use the door handle combination locks - I’d never seen these before. If I’d wanted to stay somewhere with a share bathroom I would have stayed in a pub or caravan park. This is not as advertised, I would strongly suggest you change your wording in your ad.
