Summary: This studio was clean, had a well-stocked kitchen (a lot of kitchen tools that are missing in other vacation rentals), and the bed was pretty comfortable. In addition, I had an unexpected Zoom meeting starting at check-in time. I messaged the host to ask if I could possibly check in 10 minutes early. Communication was easy and the host was willing to accomodate my change in plans. I appreciate how helpful the host was in everything from the detailed directions they sent me to their willingness to accomodate a less-than-ideal request.

Summary: The unit is exactly as described. Although it is a bit smaller than it appears in the photos, it is a perfect studio sized apartment, very bright and cheery. I appreciated all the little amenities, and the easy check out. Edmond is a great spot to stay in Seattle; there is an Amtrak station there and the ferry to Kingston, was well as several great cafes. The instructions for access are a bit confusing, but the owner is quick to respond to questions.

Summary: Wanted to check out Edmonds during our trip to Seattle. This property was located within walking distance to downtown shops, restaurants and water. After day of sight seeing it was nice to relax in a clean, safe, comfortable apartment. Just as advertised.

Summary: Great unit with updated modern interior, clean, comfortable. Very quiet neighbourhood but the apartment building had very thin walls and you could hear everything from doors slamming to dogs barking and laundry machines running.
