Summary: Overall had a good experience. It was just what we needed and where we needed it, easy access to transportation. The apartment was clean, except for one tiny spider that we found on the bed, which to me isn't about cleanliness since spiders come from everywhere. Everything else was perfect.

Summary: The flat is in a great spot, clean and the mattress very comfortable. Good value for money. Our only issue was with the checkin process. The key isn’t on site and the instructions on where to find the key safe to access the building were very difficult to understand.

Summary: Property is exactly as it looks in pictures. We liked the big windows. Location was convenient!!! Loved being next to Hyde Park. Check in instructions were very clear. Bed was comfy. One downside is the apartment was not very noise proof. The door lock was a bit tricky as the door didn’t have a handle.

Summary: I had a wonderful 3-week stay in London. The cozy apartment with large glass windows that offered a lovely view of a peaceful street with old brick houses and let in the warm morning sunlight. It was fully equipped with everything that I needed such as an iron board, iron, hair dryer, heater, vacuum, TV (with Netflix), fridge, microwave, and a small kitchen with all the necessary utensils as spoons, forks, pots, pans, bowls, plates, and cups. I cooked light meals for myself. There is a launderette across the street, it’s so convenient. The apartment locates near Paddington station, Hyde Park, Kensington Palace. It takes few mins to walk there. The host was friendly. She prepared tea and coffee for my stay. I hope i will have a chance to come back there soon

Summary: The room was small and comfortable. It was a base from which we explored London for a month. The internet was fast and saw a good deal of use. We had everything we needed in that little flat.The location was quite good. Every day we would walk through Kensington gardens, take the nearby underground station to far flung parts of London, and enjoy ourselves.

Summary: Our stay was amazing. Location was wonderful, great neighbourhood. The apartment was clean on arrival, and included all the amenities we needed for our stay. The check-in and check-out process was seamless. Our host was in good communication and ensured that we were enjoying our stay. The room was cozy and comfortable for two people. The only very little negative was we were only given one full towel and for my partner and I, one of us had to use two small towels, wasn’t a big deal I’m sure our host would of brought more if we needed.
