Summary: I enjoyed everything about this apartment, convenient and comfortable. Well equipped, I was able to prepare breakfast and snacks before heading out. We felt like a home, every single detail was taken care of. The kitchen, bathroom, laundry, beach chairs and most importantly its cleanliness. It is conveniently located. A car is a must, but I always rent a car when in Oahu and having a parking spot right outside the unit was a blessing. The upstairs neighbors were very loud early in the morning (6-7am) but I guess that’s out of their control. Our host Vitaly was great!!

Summary: Spent two weeks visiting family and friends, and many live in Kaneohe, so this was perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood close to stores and restaurants. I also used to live close by, so that was nice. Nice new construction and plenty of space. The kitchen and washer/dryer were really nice to have. Parking was a big plus.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay here, very clean and everything is new. It feels like a modern, private studio away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas. It was very nice having all sorts of utilities for the kitchen, such as a coffeemaker, small stove, and kettle. Like another reviewer said, there is no dishwasher, but washing dishes was easy enough — but it could use a dish rack. Definitely would need a car to reach here and to get around the general area. The area is clearly not tourist oriented like Waikiki Beach, so if you want to feel more like a local, this is the place. A seriously nice place to stay — photos are cropped but it is bigger on the inside than it might seem. You will have your own entrance to the side of the building.

Summary: I booked this studio for my twin brother, and he had a wonderful stay at Vitaly's studio near the Ko'olau Mountain in Kaneohe. The studio itself is located on a quiet cul de sac in Kaneohe, is newly built, and the interior is extremely modern and well designed. The bed was very comfortable, layout (for a small space) was done well, and the shower was extremely enjoyable to use. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit, which came in handy. The only thing that was missing was a dishwasher, but easy enough to wash the provided kitchen utensils by hand. Vitaly (the property owner and host) was very responsive and flexible with our stay. He was kind enough to bring beach chairs and a coffee maker to the studio for us. And also let us extend our stay in a very flexible manner. Parking on the property was very easy with a large driveway. I would definitely recommend this studio for someone looking for a modern, economical, safe place to stay in Kaneohe.
