Positive: Absolutely lovely apartment, great view, amazing pool on the roof, gym was basic but still I enjoyed it. The living room was spacious and everything worked nicely. I like walking and it was between 30mins to an hour to the tourist part of town or 8myr in a taxi. Great security. A comfortable bed and a good night's sleep

Negative: Two bedrooms. One head a, great view the other was, bigger bit the bed was, literally a mattress on the floor and outside the window a horrible view, not even any plants. My friend and I both paid the same price, he got the less beautiful room and mattress on the floor, it was rubbish. The hotel need to sort this out.

Positive: The bed was comfortable.

Negative: The property is not close to the Camino Portuguese or Fatima route, and it is advertised as 1km away from Golega which it is not. The apartment is part of a block of flats, and although the owner allows one access to the building and to the apartment, there is no door number for this apartment. The bathroom had no soap or hand wash but was not advertised as such. I thought there would be basic toiletries. The booking comes with breakfast but I found only coffee in the flat and a half opened bag of pasta. There is a washing machine but no tumble dryer and I could not find a laundrette close to the property when I visited. The owner did leave a little fabric conditioner and washing-up liquid in cupboard, however. There was no heating and no option to use the microwave. The programming did not allow for another user to change the settings so it could be used during my stay, and it seemed to be stuck on a timer.

Positive: Spacious and good location - clean and comfortable. Great television selections on Smart TV.

Negative: It was my mistake, but I ask for the entry forms to be emailed to me, which they were, but filling them out online, from my phone, was not functioning - so I just phoned the number suggested and it was answered immediately, and everything was easily taken care of and we got the entrance instructions. So as said, this is not really a complaint as much as advice to others to just call the +44 number

Positive: The apartment was very comfortable and clean. Very near to centre, walking distance to train station ( without heavy bags!) Light and airy with a large outdoor terrace. Great communication from the host.

Negative: The entrance did smell of cigarettes. Obviously not the apartments fault. We parked before the apartment so managed to park for free but not easy to find free parking. No portugese T.V ( we wanted to watch the euro final!) Would be nice with mirrors in the bedroom.
