Summary: We had a pleasant stay at this property. The host was a fantastic communicator, promptly addressing any questions we had and ensuring a smooth experience from booking to check-out. The house was exactly as described in the listing, which we appreciated.However, we were a bit disappointed that the pool was not heated, which limited our ability to fully enjoy it during our stay. Additionally, the main area TV lacked a proper speaker system, which made it difficult to achieve good sound quality when watching shows or movies.Overall, it was a good experience, but these small adjustments would have made our stay even better.

Summary: The house was just as described. Very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was great.

Summary: This was a perfect place for our family and stay. The location was perfect. Close to shopping and beach yet located in a quiet family neighborhood. It was clean and had great living space. My only complaint is the set AC situation. 75 during sleep hours is just tooooo hot for this middle aged momma with hot flashes. We got up during the night to adjust but would wake in morning to a 78 degree house. Other than that, it was perfect! I’ve stayed in a handful of vaca rentals in S.Fla area and this is common. I would suggest talking to host ahead and negotiating a temp that works for you.

Summary: Communication with Dani was excellent. Very relaxing, comfortable home. The pool was wonderful and enclosed by a screen lanai. No bugs! Comfy beds, amazing washer and dryer. Everything you need to cook! Quiet safe family neighborhood and convenient location. I loved this place and will stay again. 5 stars all
