Our house is completely renovated in 2018 and is located in a gated community in the Rancho Vistoso Neighborhood near Stone Canyon and Honey Bee Canyon.
The house offers a spacious open floor plan with an open kitchen concept. It has beautiful gas fireplace, tile floors, swimming pool (with sunbeds) and gas barbeque/grill. Inside the living & dining area there is large, modern L-shaped European couch. There is a square dining table with 4 leather seats and extra foldable chairs are available in the garage.
Our TV is connected to DirecTV, Apple TV, Prime Video and Discovery Plus and connected to a Bose Soundbar 700. We also have a Bose Soundtouch to play music.
The modernized fireplace is made with stack stones from the Rocky Mountains. A handpicked Mesquite mantel was installed. During the “cold” winter months it's definitely the center piece of the house where people will gather and socialize.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary equipment for those guests who enjoy cooking & baking. The kitchen has an open concept which allows guests to be connected while cooking. It's a perfect setup for people to gather during social events or while enjoying the fireplace while reading a book or watching television.
The house comes with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which are conveniently located for some privacy. All of the rooms are provided with high quality towels, linen, soap & shampoo.
Our hose is located in a friendly neighborhood with many activities nearby. In the direct surrounding there are many different activities like golf-courses, hiking trails (Honey Bee Canyon, old Rancho Vistoso golfcourt) wine & dine restaurants, grocery stores and shopping malls.
This home is located at a great location for family gatherings or for those who just like to relax and enjoy the beauty the Arizona sunset offers while enjoying a drink at the pool.

Summary: The Oro Valley is a delightful place to vacation and this property was perfect for out winter get away. The owner was extremely helpful, even purchasing a pickleball membership for us to play while we were there. The house is exactly as it appears in the listing with a beautiful view of the mountains from the backyard. We loved it!

Summary: Our group consisted of 2 couples. The house and pool areas are beautiful. Very nice decor. Plenty of space for us. Great location that felt very secure (gated community). House was well supplied. Our host, Sebastiaan, provided a very nice welcome basket. He sent text messages several times during our stay to make sure everything met our satisfaction. Excellent experience. I recommend this house/host, and we plan to stay here again the next time we're in Tucson. Thank you Sebastiaan!

Summary: It was a wonderful week! This home was perfect for our family. It has a fully equipped kitchen, that even impressed our son, who’s a chef. I enjoyed biking & walking the beautiful neighborhood. This home has everything you need. Just unpack your suitcase, buy a few groceries and the rest is there for you. Our host went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We hope to go back and stay there again soon!

Summary: We had a fabulous stay for a week. The house is beautiful, comfy and has a great pool. It is very close to great hikes. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. Master suite has everything and so does the kitchen. The owner is nearby and available to assist if anything came up. There is no question that we would stay here again.

Summary: We stayed at Sebastiaan’s place for a long weekend girls getaway in May. It was perfect for the 4 of us. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect for exploring the area and the pool was refreshing for relaxing in the afternoon. Check in and check out process was smooth and communication was excellent. We couldn’t have picked a better property for our stay!!

Summary: The property was exactly as described and exceptionally well appointed. I do not give reviews but this place deserved one. An exceptional host and spotless cleaning made this home a pure joy to visit. We have already begun planning a return trip. A special nod to Titan Powersports ATV rental if you visit the area (must do). Overall I would would give Sebastiaan's home a perfect score as I felt like I was in my home while visiting a VRBO property! That was a first!

Summary: My husband and our moms stayed at this beautiful home from December 12 - December 18. Our daughters live in Tucson, so we often had 6 of us in the home. We couldn’t have been happier. Sebastian checked in regularly, left us drinks and snacks, and brought us fresh fruit from his garden! The home is in perfect condition. Although the backyard and pool looked amazing, it was too cold to enjoy in December. The house has everything you may need and more. We are not easily impressed, but this home and Sebastian wowed us!! As Arnold would say, “We’ll be back!”
