Summary: Stayed here with a group of ten adults while visiting friends who live in Atlanta. The good: The house was spacious, enough seating at the dining room table for ten people and we could also easily hang out in the living room area without feeling cramped. We enjoyed the hot tub and the TV was easy to use. One thing to know: the house is not in Grant Park and the blue circle on the map of the listing also does not encompass the house. We didn't have any problems with the neighborhood but we were trying to stay close to our friends who live in Atlanta and were surprised when the actual address is at least 0.5 mile from the blue circle on the listing.

Summary: Loved the decor and theme throughout the house. The neighborhood is older but everyone was nice and we didn’t have any issues. We felt safe and at home. The over all style of furniture and beds are lower so if you have a bad back or knees this may not work for you. The house was very clean and updated, we will definitely stay again and recommend for your family or group.

Summary: We had a group of people in for a conference and this house was perfect. Lots of beds/rooms and a huge table for everyone to sit around. House had all the staples so we didn't need that extra stop at a store. Owner was great to work with. We will be back!

Summary: Property is newly remodeled and close to the tourist areas in downtown Atlanta. We enjoyed the playground at a nearby park and the extra seating area on the front porch as well as the great room. The host was quick to answer when we had questions and very easy to work with. Thank you for a great visit!

Summary: Realistically all we needed was a place to crash in between a very busy conference and this place sleeps a lot of people. The place looks great and most (if not all) the furnishings were brand new. HOWEVER, the beds were not comfortable at all and the whole upstairs was covered with either dust or dirt and was very messy. The main floor was also very warped in multiple spots. SO, as we appreciated a place to stay where we needed to sleep a lot of people. It felt pretty expensive for what it turned out to be.
