Positive: This home was quiet and beautiful! Lots of little extras that made it feel like home. Everything was very clean and well maintained. We didn't really utilize the backyard, but it was very pretty. The tree swing and hanging lights over the deck were one of those little extras I was speaking of. You will not be disappointed in this home!

Negative: The only "negative" I have would be that the tub/shower in the basement is very slippery when you're taking a shower and there are no grip strips or a handle to hold on to. Hubby said the main floor full shower was also slippery during showers. But that is such a minor thing, I'd still give this place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Positive: Everything; this property was impeccable and beautifully updated inside and outside! It was in the midst of a neighborhood but felt private and secure. It was central to all places one could visit in southwestern SD. Inside, it was bright and roomy, and offered privacy to all guests, along with the fully finished basement/master suite. It was equipped with all the necessities and more. This was one of the best rentals we’ve ever had. Kudos and thanks to the owners!

Negative: It really was perfect

Summary: We would stay here again, or highly recommend it to others! Thank you again for your hospitality!

Positive: Great apartment. Well equipped and you can say it's all brand new (July 2023). In the kitchen is everything you would need. Exceptionally comfortable mattresses (memory foam).

Negative: Nothing really important. These below are really very minor details. The deck and outdoor table require daily cleaning due to the tree above and birds "signs". Trimming the tree would probably help keep the deck clean. I don't find it fair to be requested to strip the beds and being charged over 240 as a cleaning fee. I would normally rate it as 9, but as it's your first review, I give you 10.
