Positive: Room was nice and its located very close to the Emirates and public transport. Secure building and a safe area.

Negative: An additional deposit had to be made to the host which was not easy to arrange last minute. Host tried to upsell a bunch of extras (e.g. aircon, early, late checkins). Multiple reminders had to be made to the host to get the deposit repaid and it took about 3 weeks. Room was modern but had no aircon. Sofa bed didn't exist, just a small couch. Wouldn't stay again or with this host to be fair.

Positive: Excellent location! Was very clean and had everything we needed. Washing machine turned out to be washer dryer where my was fab! Extremely secure apartment and looked straight out to the back of Emirates stadium! Bonus if you support Arsenal! (We don’t!) 😂

Negative: Couldn’t work out how to use the air con, would be nice if there was a toilet roll holder and a hair dryer. Sofa bed turned out to be air inflatable mattress. My adult son just slept on couch there instead which he said was comfortable.

Summary: Awesome! It was one of the best apartments I have stayed in during my month on the UK. Thanks!

Positive: Late booking was accepted quickly by host. We moved from nearby booking as it didn't feel safe. This apartment was next to Emirates stadium, and we were there for the last game of the season. We rested in this lovely apartment for a couple of days before returning home. The host was amazing and helpful and i was happy to return the favour. Absolutely the best accommodation all trip
