This is a 3 Bedroom+Den, 2 Bathroom, private pool home in a great Bradenton location. The home sits on a south facing lot overlooking a large lake. Conveniently located in Bradenton, being an aprox 10 minute drive to Bradenton Beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants on Cortez Road. The Great Room is light, bright and features Sofa, Loveseat, Chair and coordinated coffee a,, end tables and lamps. . There is also a ceiling fan, large flatscreen television, dvd player and stereo. This room has sliding doors leading to the pool area. The Den has a sofa and entertainment center which holds another television, dvd player and a collection of books and games. The large kitchen has all modern appliances and offers a great view of the pool area and lake beyond. Adjacent to the kitchen is a full size dining area set to seat 6. The Master Bedroom is furnished with a King size bed with matching light wood furniture and ceiling fan. The en-suite has his & her vanities, garden tub, shower and w.c. The 2nd bedroom is fitted with a Queen bed and coordinating furniture. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds together with matching furniture. Both have ceiling fans.

Summary: I loved the house we stayed in. It was peaceful and relaxing. Close to the beaches and all the stores and restaurants. The owner was very easy to work with. He responded fast, was pleasant and polite. I would recommend this house to anyone, I already have to friends and family. 😊

Summary: We had a great time staying in the house. Everything except food and a bathing suit was already there. The neighborhood is nice and quiet but also close to stores. It was nice, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

Summary: House was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, bowls and skillets. The bedrooms were spacious and stocked with plenty of pillows, blankets, & towels. One night my family came down from Tarpon Springs for beach pictures and we were still all comfortable. The back lanai & pool were the best. It was so peaceful and quiet eating breakfast and sitting out on the liana in the evenings. We saw turtles, a sand Crane Family, and several ducks that made their way around daily. This house was in a wonderful neighborhood and close to the Publix grocery store, Walmart & several wonderful restaurants. It was about 20 minutes to Anna Maria Island to the beaches. Our family stayed for a week and had we had an amazing time & stay! Thank you!!!

Summary: This property was in a very convenient location just off Cortez in Bradenton. Roomy for our group of 4 adults/3 children. Modern and clean. The pool was nicely heated and pool toys were available in the garage which were greatly enjoyed by the children. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were quickly handled by the manager when we were away from the property. We would be happy to rent this property again.

Summary: House was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, bowls and skillets. The bedrooms were spacious and having the extra den area gave everyone the chance to spread out. The TV in the living room was HUGE. The back patio and pool were the best. It was so quiet sitting out there in the evenings. Jets do fly over heading to Sarasota Airport but were not a problem. House was in a good neighborhood and close to several grocery stores and restaurants. It was about 15-20 minutes to Anna Maria Island and several different beaches. Our family stayed for a week and had a wonderful time at this house.
