This unique house located very close to all your main attracions! Very inviting and welcoming , great for all! Minutes away from all of your top restaurants , Nightlife , Las Olas Blvd, Downtown Fort Lauderdale , Beach is 5-10 minutes away. Close to all your major highways I95 and 595 , also 10-15 minutes away from the Fort Lauderdale airport. Publix , Walgreen , Crown wine & spirits liquor store are all walking distance.
If requested, the manager will meet you at check in and go over the amenities and answer questions, or you can check-in alone using your personal 4 digit security code .The manager is available by phone or email to answer questions.

Summary: I absolutely had the best time with my friends, everything was perfect!!! The pool was the best, did some grilling with friends, cooked some nice dinners with my friends, had some movie nights, showers were perfect temperature, the owner always help and answered any questions, a huge huge huge big thanks to Luis very much appreciative with him being a fantastic host, highly recommend! Will be coming back soon!

Summary: This is our 3rd time visiting and lodging in the area. The neighborhood is nice and walkable. Everything you need is a short drive including the beach. The backyard is pretty spacious for the area and having a private pool was great. The owner was very responsive and no issues there. The home was functional but does need some TLC. We felt the price didn’t reflect the quality. But it worked for our needs.

Summary: Luigi is great The property needs some fixes which Luigi sod he would have the handyman do. The 2nd bathroom door needs fixing The mattress needs replacing as it has lost its shape in second bedroom Needs chest of drawers in each bedroom

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay with a resort like atmosphere. Luigi was very responsive to any questions or comments we had. We especially enjoyed the back yard by the pool. Some of the outdoor furniture could use some updating. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to assist the chef we had. The description of the property states that there are 2 beds in the third bedroom, but there is only one bed. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Summary: This property was an absolutely dream. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Beautiful outdoor pool and yard, with plenty of privacy and peace. A pleasant surprise was that each room in the house had a tv with streaming service available, and a guest sign-in option for Netflix. The internet was very reliable and fast, too. Cooking and kitchen utensils were brand new and clean, and I really liked that, unlike at most rental properties, certain things were left behind/available for use for next guests, such as condiments in the fridge, cooking products such as flour, salt, etc, and there was even water in the fridge which was a nice welcome after a long flight. Board games and pool supplies were lovingly left for the next guests as well. They’re small things, but they eliminate the stern, sterile feeling of a “rental” property and instill the warm, welcoming feeling of a vacation “home”. The host, Luigi, was an absolute pleasure. All in all, this property really grew on us and we’d love to stay here again.
