Summary: This home was very clean, and smelled clean, without the use of the chemical air fresheners that I'm allergic to. We had to do some baking, and there was a nice supply of baking utensils, as well as plenty of cups and dishes...in short, everything you need for your stay. Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean. Amber was very understanding, and helped us with a couple of special requests, and was ALWAYS immediately available through the VRBO messaging. She really does care about the quality of the guests' stay. All in all, a wonderful experience!!

Summary: There is room for improvement. Having a coded entry is good but it's location is poor for older folks and toddlers. There are steps without handrails to the coded door. My husband fell when going up to unlock code and struggled to get without handrails. The side door would be much more convenient since there are handrails in place and it is directly beside a space for parking two cars. We used the side door throughout our stay except when returning from an outing and had to use the front door to unlock the house. Beds were comfortable and the rooms had TV's we did not use. The small living room has a large Roku Smart TV. A user guide would have been helpful. The great room was sparsely decorated, poorly lit and one of the two fans did not work. The sofa was comfortable. The two chairs and window seat were not. The house was cold when we arrived and after several hours I contacted the manager who used her phone to change a setting that allowed us to increase the temp. We slept in the bedroom adjacent to the great room and froze all night long. Perhaps it is a long way from the furnace. Our guests in the king bed room were comfortable. Linens were plentiful with the exception of additional blankets. With a few minor adjustments and an information sheet in the home this can become a 5 star accommodation.
