Completely updated 4,200 SF home in 2015 on Lake Maxinhall. 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen beds) and 3 full bathrooms, 15 min from Downtown Indianapolis and 8 miles from Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Spacious living room, kitchen and dining room overlooking the lake with huge deck. Large bar and entertainment area in basement. 3 car garage and plenty of driveway parking. Perfect for entertaining. washer/ dryer, 3 couches for additional sleeping as well as a queen size air mattress, 5 flat screen TV's.
Check In at 3pm and checkout is at noon unless other arrangements are made.
***private 150 acre lake, outside boats are not allowed but great for swimming, fishing and laying out. There is a small pier, paddle boards and a water trampoline for kids. Great summer home!!
