Summary: The space was very clean and all the amenities are new. Unfortunately there is not good insulation in the building. You can hear the toilet flushing, the steps of other guests, the TV in other units. I was surprised that such a basic element in a good rental experience was overlooked.

Summary: Really nice place. Clean, comfortable, spacious. It's very close to the main drag in Moab. Free laundry facilities were very much appreciated. I would recommend this place and stay here again.

Summary: Such a nice space! Very comfy. We extended an additional night just to hang out. Nice kitchen. Great bedding and bed. Quiet. Nice hot tub. Good grilling space… we didn’t use the grill but I would have if tjer longer.

Summary: We enjoyed the place. Loved the outdoor area. Walked to restaurants and shopping each day. Rented bikes just down Central Street. Location, cleanliness, security, comfort can't be beat. One of the few times we've opted for a condo rather than a house to ourselves and no regrets.
