Positive: Shower was fabulous, Air fryer was a good addition.

Negative: The pans were rusty and scratched all over so we could use them. Sofa was possible the worst I have ever stat on. Internet couldn't support streaming content on the internet only TV. Furniture didn't allow you to get comfortable.

Positive: The property was true to photos, clean and maintained to a good level. Communication was great!!

Negative: The living room smelt like weed. The sink had a bad smell from the drains, I also didn’t like the fact sponges weren’t changed from previous guests. On the last day, our dog was attacked by 3 dogs in the garden who lived in the building. The owner was accountable and in the end we were able to break up the the attack - I’m writing this because my dog is a Doberman and wasn’t too hurt, however I fear if it was a smaller dog it would have been a lot worse.

Summary: Good value for money, good for a short stay.

Positive: For a one night stay the room was perfectly adequate. Well decorated and clean.

Negative: Large smart TV on the wall but no actual service. Router found but connection to internet. No router on the premises. No terrestrial connection found either. Gave up after 30mins exploring the menus. Booked stay with a 3pm entry time. Followed up an hour 45 mins before arrival to confirm time using booking.com email provided. -owner didnt receive the email and also claimed the booking in time was only a guideline???? Arrived on time but owner couldnt answer phone. would only text and advising we contact via booking.com app. App provided only email and telephone communication. Took over an hour to get keys. Either booking.com or owner at fault but for a but with friends to meet and only it was very frustrating to waste time after doing all that was asked pre arrival. Once the owner turned up she was helpful friendly and apologised.

Negative: Parking - Property was advertised with parking on site but upon arrival, I was advise there was 2 hours free street parking and other areas for free parking around urmston.

Negative: Kitchen cupboards were not very clean, part of the sofa collapsed, Wi-Fi was not working initially, finding parking on the road outside was quite challenging.

Positive: Location was ideal for what we needed, nice pubs just around the corner and dog friendly. Glad we could take our dog with us. The apartment was nice and roomy. Bed was comfy. Host was responsive and easy to speak to.

Negative: The apartment definitely is a bit run down since the photos on this site. The shower fills up when you use it so had to have rushed showers so it didn't overflow. Could do with a better blind/curtain in the bedroom as lots of light comes in from the main road. Also, not much cutlery or cooking utensils.

Summary: Ideal location for a short break, good sized apartment and dog friendly, could do with a little TLC
