Please note, this unit is located on the lower level of the property. It is private and has its own separate entrance. Entrance has five steep steps, but is equipped with a railing.

Summary: My sister and I came to Chicago for a Cubs game. Toby’s place was perfect. We enjoyed the walk to Wrigley (about 3 miles) and the neighborhood. We felt safe, slept great and everything from check in, parking, and check out was great.

Summary: This is the perfect place for a couple to stay for a weekend in the Windy City! It has everything you need, and youre close to the big attractions! Parking can be a little tricky, but the fact that its free helps a lot! Toby is a wonderful host. You'll feel taken care of, and enjoy your time at this property!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Toby's place. The property is as listed, very accommodating, everything we needed was provided! The host was very responsive within minutes of contacting. The place was very clean and well kept! The bed is very comfortable however if sleeping with a partner you will feel their every move. Parking can be difficult if you stay out late! If you can't find a spot on belle plaine try whipple. Would definitely stay here again.
