Summary: In town for a surprise birthday party for our brother, siblings stayed here and the house worked well for our group.

Summary: The pictures were nice but the house did not align with the pictures. The exterior was filled with cobwebs, there was no mulch around the landscaping, and the exterior lights did not work. The entry lights (inside the house) also did not work. The towels had been folded up wet and smelled musty. Pillow cases were also wet. The lights in the basement laundry room didn't work so had to use cell phone to see. A partial roll of toilet paper was left in a bathroom with what appeared like blood or feces on it and there was what appeared to be pet urine on the corner of the bed skirts. Sheets also did not fit the bed size so popped off the mattress. The manager was prompt to respond and attempted to send new sheets, towels and toilet paper. However, the products were delivered to the wrong address. I asked to be let out of the stay and my request was denied.
