Positive: Porch with comfortable seating. Beds were very good and comfortable. Washer and Dryer availability. Reasonable distance to Penn Yan and Geneva.
Negative: Loft bedroom has no privacy or separation from rest of house/noise. House is fine for two couples but not three. Main Bathroom is very tight. Water had sediment in it and tasted a little off. No television on main floor it is situated in loft bedroom.
