Positive: good value, renovated apartment in an old building, not too far from the center, shops and other services nearby. solid connection to public transportation.

Negative: I can copy the previous review: "Long warning message with a lot of penalties and bans immediately after the booking. Unfriendly messages with unnecessary request. More warning messages at middle on stay." I was 3 times warned about smoking and penalty - and i am a non-smoker. i got questions from host, that i never get from other hosts on booking, and i booked 50+ so far. i travel 30 weeks/year and this was one of strangest experiences. All data given to booking have to be given again ... New instagram generation needs to learn how to do business properly

Negative: Long warning message with a lot of penalties and bans immediately after the booking. Unfriendly messages with unnecessary request. More warning messages at middle on stay. Small rooms, the second room is just a living room with a double bed. Renovated but not maintained. No furniture on balcony and no remote for air condition.

Summary: Expected higher quality for that price.

Positive: It’s close to the small center in Pest Erzsébet . The apartment is modern but it’s a bed in the living room and the person using the bedroom have to pass the room to get to the bathroom. My brother was freezing but I thought it was ok temperature. The living room was to the bigger street so it was no point open the balcony door to get some air . There is an air conditioner. Asian restaurant next door with good food. Very nice host.

Negative: It was hair in bathroom, on the floor, and in the bathtub. Also in living room. I had to vacuum the apartment. It is not really 2 bedrooms but 1 bedroom and a bed in living room.
