Modern 2300 sq ft waterfront home on a quiet residential street directly on Lake Hickory with a beautiful dock on the main channel and bonus private cove.
Conveniently located in peaceful privacy while just 12 minutes from I-40.

To the Dock
Walk 300' along a moderately steep winding concrete path to the dock. Some guests may opt to rent a golf cart that can be delivered from a nearby dealer (we can provide more info), especially If grandma or grandpa want to spend a lot of time at the dock or if anyone has hip or knee problems.

Our boat may be lifted in the dock and our jet skis may be docked. Our boat, lift, and jet skis are not included with the rental, however you are welcome to bring your boat or rent one from the local marina. There is space to tie up at the dock.

A key code will be provided for entry, and we are available via phone, text, or email if you have any questions or problems. The front doorbell is also activated with a video feed with audio to enable communication remotely. Please don't hesitate to let us know if anything is needed. For guests arriving between 6 and 9pm, we are happy to meet you upon arrival if desired.

Summary: We use VRBO multiple times a year for travel and hands down the BEST listing and property yet. The owners thought of everything that you may need and when I say everything, I mean it. Home was very clean, updated, exactly as described if not better. Quick response time when I had a question and would 100% stay there again and recommend without hesitation! VRBO should pay them to provide classes on how to maintain an excellent stay!!
