Positive: The location to town.

Negative: They were having issues with gas supply and hot water.so we had no hot water for 3 days. Also one shower room was unusable as drains were blocked. However owners did compensate us for all the inconvenience so we are grateful for that. Decor is a little tired and house needs a good spring clean.

Summary: Nice situation but house needs a good clean and a makeover.

Positive: Clean. Well stocked kitchen

Negative: The heating wasn't working, when we arrived, no hot water. We were tired, having walked part of the South West Coastal Path, and had a miserable couple of hours wondering whether we should be moving to a hotel. To be fair, the situation was eventually sorted out, and the heating got to work and the water became hot. Once all that was achieved we felt a lot less aggrieved and found the accommodation entirely adequate

Positive: The location was beautiful & it was nice we were able to use the swimming pool in a nearby location. The house itself was lovely with lots of space & everything thought of, e.g. dishwasher tablets, biscuits on arrival etc.

Negative: My only comment would be is that there were a lot of cobwebs. Whilst the house generally was clean, just the amount of cobwebs around the place made it appear a little dirty.
