Positive: The house was super equipped and clean with fresh towels and some food supplies which meant we could have coffee in the morning before going out to purchase milk and other food. The location is super convenient with the RER stop 50 m from the house and just a few stops from Chatelet in the center of Paris. The beds are very comfortable and house seems to be well insulated as it was very comfortable at night, not at all chilly. The house is in a calm area and RER location are so convenient for visiting Paris.

Negative: Maybe instructions for kitchen faucet would be useful.

Positive: The owner is very responsive and helpful (we had an issue with the door key on the first evening which he resolved within 1 hour). The house is 2 minutes walk from a train station; a 10 minute journey (2 stops) takes you to Gare de Lyon. We took La Defense Metro to visit Paris' main tourist attractions. The train was reasonable to us (around 6Eu return per person). It is 35-40 minute drive to both EuroDisney and Versailles. 5min drive to Carrefour & Lidl & there is also a large retail centre (Creteil Soleil) about 20 min drive. The beds are comfortable, the shower is hot and suitable to wash long hair. It was useful having a fridge, microwave, stove and tea & coffee making facilities as well as somewhere safe to leave the car during the day time.

Negative: If you require to wash and dry your clothes or the towels provided (which are thin) during your stay, this may not be possible. There is a washing machine but there is no dryer. We arrived late Sunday afternoon after the mains supermarkets had closed and walked into the town looking for a restaurant. There are various take-aways in the local town but we decided to eat in Paris or other destinations at lunch time or cook at the house, rather than walk back in the dark from the local town. You would need to eat indoors as the garden is 'awaiting planning'. There is a very good pizza take-away about 10 minutes walk from the house though. The WiiFii was fine for most of our stay but did not work during our last day & following morning. The owner did offer to come and resolve this but we managed with our data.

Summary: Great location when travelling by car for Versailles, EuroDisney and for train access into Paris

Positive: Location is close to the RER train station, and you can reach city very fast. House has 3 separate slipping rooms, and it was very convenient for us, as we were traveling with children. So everybody has their own place to rest. Very convenient to have the car just in the garten. Everything is clean. Good communication with owner!

Positive: Location is top in the sense that the railway station is just a few steps away. The second stop towards the city is Gare de Lyon, the third stop is Châtelet Les Halles so the center of Paris can be reached very quickly. There is a free WiFi and nice labels and instructions for all you need. We parked the car inside the gates where there is plenty of space but the neighborhood seems nice, as well.

Negative: The floor could have been cleaner but there are also instructions not to use your outside shoes inside the house and house shoes are provided! The garden is a work in progress, I suppose.
