Banyula offers everything you need for a great family Holiday. Located in a quiet rural estate less then 4km from the village, the kids will love the swimming pool if you dont feel like heading down the beach, the space and the quiet surrounding streets are great for bike riding.
Of course the beach, bakery and shops are only 5 minutes drive away also!
The house features a spacious main bedroom at the northern end with beautiful ensuite, two sunnyliving areas, and another two bedrooms and bathroom at the opposited endof the home.
You'll love sitting on the deck watching the kids in the pool and enjoying the peaceful rural outlook.
Please note that there are actually 3 bedrooms & the sofa bed listed in the specifications is located in the 2nd living area (see image 10). Your pets are welcome at Banyula, but strictly outside only. The property is not fenced.
Please note: Personal linen is not provided and guests will need to bring their own sheets, towels & pillowcases. If you would like to hire linen, this can be provided at an additional cost.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic however we were really looking forward to using the pool and when we unvovered it it was really merky and had so many leaves on the bottom. This was really disappointing. Otherwise a lovely home so to have a pool advertised and unable to use it took away from an otherwise fantastic stay.

Summary: It was quite difficult having things ready for us when we arrived. We didn’t have hot water for 2 days, our dishwasher broke, one of the bathroom lights didn’t work, we had no gas which meant the stoves weren’t working, the last tenants broke a glass in the pool bottle in the pool and we were told a pool cleaner was going to come and remove it but they never did and we waited, the communication was quite difficult. The house was nice and the pool was very warm. Overall it was terrible for the first couple of days but didn’t stop us from trying to have a good time.

Summary: Great place we will be back. The only issue was check in time is far too late at 4pm. Also need new tap in kitchen and BBQ is broken. We loved the pool and table tennis and golf and loads of space. So nice seeing kangaroos so close. We will be back. Thank you very much. Such a wonderful place for families. Beautiful sitting on the deck too.

Summary: Banyula was very relaxing in the quiet rural surrounds just a short 5k drive to the beach at Crescent Head. The house is well set up for the guests with the inground pool a fabulous inclusion. With the busy life we all lead it was just the short break that we needed, being able to enjoy the peace and quiet and seeing the wallabies at the back door was an added bonus. We would definately recommend Banyula as a place to stay. The only problem that we had was when we arrived we found the stand for the pool cover had fallen into the pool and it was holding part of the cover under water and allowing leaves to build up on the bottom of the pool, apart from that everything else was great. Cheers :^)
