Summary: I cannot give this property & the owner enough praise! First off, the property is nestled in a quiet beautiful location right next to Mission Trails Regional Park, which offers amazing scenery. The owner Uyen was extremely kind & communicative from the very moment that I booked my stay & she even allowed me to check in early which also was an easy process. The property itself was beautiful from the inside to the outside & lives up to its title giving a very modern feel & concept. Again, Uyen went above & beyond for me & my family! The only thing that could be an area of improvement maybe is the kitchen/living area not having privacy blinds on the windows, which wasn't a deal breaker or negative mark. It was just my first time experiencing an open concept. I highly recommend this property especially for families or quiet retreats! I will definitely repeat this stay in the future!

Summary: What you see is what you get. Its a beautiful home, near practically everything you need and more. Not a single problems. The entire process was super easy, every question answered in a timely manner and with patience. Definitely will book again when we go back to San Diego.

Summary: We stayed at Uyen's house for a handful of days ahead of our wedding. It was nice, comfortable, and fit all our needs for getting ready for our wedding. Uyen was a nice host and we felt well taken care of. The espresso coffee machine was the real star of the show.

Summary: This place was wonderfully clean and convenient for us. There is a great park for the kids to play at less than a mile away. Also, the large great room gave the kids room to play indoors while it rained during our stay. We would definitely stay again.
