Positive: The property is located in a quiet street in a lovely village ( walking distance to shops, fast food outlets, and a good pub too ). The house is immaculate inside and we could not fault the facilities. The bathroom is on the ground floor ( no problem for us ) and has a lovely shower over bath ( loved the black) and plenty of room. The owner kindly arranged for an iron and ironing board to be in the property for our arrival which was really helpful. She also left biscuits which my sons really loved. Lots of parking space available at all times and really near to Durham which is the reason we stayed. Would highly recommend this property and cannot fault it or the communication with the owner. Loved our stay thank you very much for trusting us to stay in your house. Xx

Positive: The property was beautiful and modern the kitchen and bathroom looks brand new and the beds are so comfortable everything was immediately clean and tidy and the price and location was very good too the host of the house was lovely and kind she is very helpful too if you have any questions thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home
