This is your HOME AWAY FROM HOME located INSIDE the Atlanta Perimeter in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. You will have the entire first floor of a newly remodeled ranch house with complete privacy. It will accommodate 12 guests with a queen size pullout sofa and 2 air mattresses. A separate lower level apt of the house is not included in this listing.

You will feel right at home in this newly remodeled house with 4 bedrooms, 3 Full Baths (2 En Suites, 1 shared), living room with queen size pull-out sofa, a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and all the utensils to make a home cooked meal. Laundry room comes with Samsung washer and dryer! Relax on the deck or let your pets play in the fenced backyard. Newly expanded driveway provides plenty of parking for up to 4 cars. 2 more cars can be parked on the street which is also free. Should you need anything else, there is plenty of shopping/dining just minutes away.
Please note this place is for your rest and relaxation, not for events and parties as this is a quiet residential neighborhood. We ask all guests to observe quiet hours between 10pm-8am and avoid loitering or making noises outside of the house during quiet hours.
Occasionally, I (the host) or a visitor may occupy a separate lower level apt through its own separate entrance from the backyard while we work on renovations (no work will be done while guests are staying). The connecting door is locked and can also be locked via a latch from upstairs as well. I'll be completely out of your way aside from my car in the driveway.

Summary: The house was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. We had a large party and we cooked. However there was no blender and no large mixing bowls. Unbelievably there was also no iron which I thought should be a basic amenity. The house sleeps up to 12 people but the dining table only sits 6 and there was only 1 sofa in the living room that could seat only 4 people.

Summary: The property is newly renovated with tasteful and modern decor. Plenty of space for my family of 7. The host was attentive and helpful. The only suggestion I have is for there to be enough mugs, cups and utensils for each occupant. I would stay here again!
