Summary: We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park. Highly recommend.

Summary: The location of this property is ideal if you are wanting a place close to ETSU, restaurants and downtown Johnson City. The neighborhood seems to be 'up and coming' and primarily residential, but it is quiet. We stayed in #6, which is small and quaint but very comfortable. Great amenities and an excellent place for a quick visit.
