Positive: Really lovely home, the mattresses where a dream, cotton sheets, and clean towels always a win. Nice flow through the house a pretty views.

Negative: If I had to say one thing, neighbours were a bit aggressive to the right, but chalked it up to a bad day. None the less really lovely.

Positive: The house was clean and just as the pictures on booking.com. The bedrooms were large and everything you could need in the kitchen. Plenty of games to play with the family and the downstairs bathroom close to the master bedroom was everyone’s favourite. There was a lovely little coffee machine with coffee pods, and loved the fact there was tea, coffee, sugar and spices in the cupboard waiting for you. Bedding was lovely, enough pillows and comfortable mattresses. Location was great, 12 mins to Whitstable. We had lovely fish and chips from Beltinge Fish Bar after arriving late Friday night ( def worth a visit owner was lovely). Lastly the garden was lovely, patio with full bi-folding doors and decking at the bottom of the garden with even swing ball for everyone to enjoy in the garden.

Negative: We have stayed in many houses we rented on booking.com in many countries and this one ticked all the boxes and more. The only thing I could think of was the grass needed cutting in the back and weeds in the front area, but a lovely guy showed up and did it all on Sunday am. :-).
